1. Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping across Pakistan. At this time, we do not ship internationally.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation and payment.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
  • In the event of high order volumes, shipping may be slightly delayed. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email or phone.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on your location and the size/weight of the items.
  • Standard Shipping: Delivery time is typically 3-7 business days after your order has been processed.
  • Express Shipping: If available, express shipping options may be offered at checkout with faster delivery times of 1-3 business days.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

5. Delivery Issues

  • Missed Delivery: If no one is available to receive the package at the time of delivery, the shipping company will attempt to deliver again or leave instructions for pickup.
  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.   • Delayed Delivery: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, strikes, or courier delays may affect the delivery schedule. In such cases, we will keep you informed and do our best to resolve any issues.

6. Shipping Damage

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Provide photos or video evidence of the damage, and we will work to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund.

7. Out of Stock Items

If an item you ordered is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the option to:

  • Wait for the item to be restocked and shipped later.
  • Replace the item with a similar product.
  • Receive a full refund.
